1. Services
Guidora provides educational consulting services to help students apply to German universities. Our services include university shortlisting, application and document review, visa assistance, and post-arrival support as described on our Services page.
2. Payments & Refunds
Service fees are as stated on our Pricing page at the time of engagement. Payments are non-refundable once consulting work has commenced. For the Free Profile Check, no payment is required.
3. No Guarantee of Admission
Guidora provides expert guidance to maximise your chances of admission. We cannot guarantee acceptance to any specific university, as admission decisions rest solely with the respective institutions.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, meeting all university and visa deadlines communicated by Guidora, and making final decisions on their applications.
5. Limitation of Liability
Guidora's liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from decisions made by universities, visa authorities, or clients themselves.
